Anstatt Eiweiß immer Eiklar

Hello from abroad

1 I like very much Rezepte-Wiki. Tough I can roughly understand german, I don't have any clue around many of your abbreviations, like EL or TL. It could be in the general interest to collect in a specific page all the abbreviations and their meanings. If this page already exists, please make it more reachable.

2 The picture in the Semmelknödel recipe page is very awkward; at least my Austrian ant would have never accepted such a result. Please, replace it with the image of smoother knödel.
